Pro-rated

Pro-rated refunds for unused portion of current month if cancelled mid-cycle.

Consultation Services

Refunds available only if consultation doesn't occur due to our fault within 48 hours of booking.

Refunds based on project milestones. No refunds for completed development phases.

Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Request must be made within the specified timeframe for each service type
Clear documentation of service issues or unmet expectations
Good faith effort to resolve issues through communication
No breach of client responsibilities outlined in Terms of Service
Original payment method available for refund processing
All deliverables and access credentials must be returned

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, tools, etc.)
Work completed before cancellation request
Services cancelled due to client breach of terms
Refund requests made outside specified timeframes
Changes in business circumstances unrelated to service quality
Search engine algorithm changes affecting rankings

Refund Request Process

  3. Review & Evaluation: We'll review your case against our refund policy and assess the work completed to determine the appropriate refund amount.
  4. Refund Processing: If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
  5. Return of Materials: You may be required to return any deliverables, passwords, or access credentials as part of the refund process.

Partial Work Refund Calculation

For services where work has already begun, refunds are calculated as follows:

  • Research & Analysis: 25% of total fee for completed research phase
  • Strategy Development: 40% of total fee for completed strategy work
  • Implementation Started: 60% of total fee for implementation phase
  • Reporting Delivered: 80% of total fee for completed monthly cycles

Note: Minimum charges may apply to cover administrative costs and initial setup work.

Emergency Situations

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. In cases of genuine emergencies (medical, financial hardship, business closure), we may consider exceptions to our standard refund policy on a case-by-case basis.
